    Harrison Baker was the best agent we have ever worked with. He was extraordinary. We met for an initial consult and he followed-up with me patiently until we were ready to list with him. He got us a fabulous price - $3MM. Other realtors told us we’d be lucky to get $2.6. In addition, Harrison delighted us with: 1) his supper-responsiveness and attentiveness 2) his eagerness to help with the big hurdles - and there were many big ones since we are out of state and the house (after inspection) needed a plumber, framer, stucco guy, painter, electrician and HVAC guy! - Harrison coordinated them and verified that the work was completed, 3) the tiny details (Harrison and his wife added staging details to the house that definitely added to its charm and appeal) 4) his professionalism, competence/knowledge in all things Wild Dunes, real estate, home inspections, negotiating and being diplomatic with the buyers realtor 5) that he is likable, trustworthy, and an all-around good guy to work with.
