Welcome to Longpoint, a beautiful neighborhood located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. With approximately 700 homes in various subsections, there's something for everyone here. From starter homes to executive waterfront properties, you'll find a wide range of options to suit your needs.

One of the standout features of Longpoint is its close proximity to the Palmetto Islands County Park. Located at the end of the main road for Longpoint, this 943-acre park offers a water park, picnic areas, walking and biking paths, kayak rentals, a quiet and serene Nature Island and much more. In addition to the park being conveniently located in the back of the neighborhood, Longpoint has its own community amenities including a pool, club house, volleyball court, tennis courts, soccer field, and children's playground.

The Rice Hope subdivision is made up of larger homes on larger lots and is located closer to the front of the neighborhood. Some homes in this area have views of Horlbeck Creek, docks with deep water and views of Boone Hall Plantation. These homes were mostly built between the 1980s and 2000.

The Enclave is another Longpoint subdivision, consisting of single family homes built between 1996 and 2000. These homes range in size from 2,000 to over 4,000 square feet and typically have 4 to 6 bedrooms. The Enclave has it's own private pool and basketball court as well. Some of these homes back to the marsh overlooking previously mentioned Nature Island.

Mount Royall, located at the front of the neighborhood across from Rice Hope, is a subdivision of relatively smaller homes, ranging in size from around 1,400 to over 2,000 square feet. These homes were built between 1989 and 1994.

Finally, Plantation View is a subdivision of larger homes and lots, built between 1992 and 2000. Most of these homes are well over 3,000 square feet with 4 or more bedrooms.

If you're looking for a diverse and family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of amenities and a great location, Longpoint is definitely worth a visit.
